Our new fomulation MUSCLE BUILDER delivers the optimal amounts of the only three key ingredients proven in controlled scientific studies to promote muscle growth and aid the natural process of muscle repair. HMB (B-hydroxy B-methylbutyrate) which is formed from the metabolism of the essential amino acid Leucine and which has been shown in studies to support the reduction of muscle protein breakdown. Leucine is one of nine essential amino acids which must be obtained from the diet as they cannot be synthesised from other components in feeds or forage. In human sport, BCAA (leucine, isoleucine and valine) have been shown to aid in recovery processes from exercise such as supporting protein synthesis, aiding natural glycogen replacement, supporting horses natural function to reduce muscle soreness following exercise and helping maintain mental function in aerobic-based exercise. These effects are now considered to be due to Leucine. MUSCLE BUILDER also provides the essential amino acid L-Lysine which is considered to be the first limiting amino acid when it comes to protein synthesis (i.e. muscle growth) in horses. MUSCLE BUILDER contains the optimal amounts of human grade HMB, Leucine and Lysine to support development of muscle mass, help response to training, support recovery from muscle soreness and aid stamina. So why don't we use other amino acids? All the latest research points to these three key components (Leucine, Lysine and HMB) when it comes to building, supporting and developing muscle and to aid recovery. The level at which we include these components ensures your horse get the optimal amount required as suggested in scientific papers. When you compare many of the other brands, you will see they only supply as much amino acids as you would usually get feeding hard feed or hay. MUSCLE BUILDER is suitable for any horse in training in any discipline and for developing muscle or helping muscle to repair and recover from hard training.

Muscle Builder should be fed for at least 4 weeks at the higher feeding rate. At least 3 scoops per day should be fed in a small carbohydrate rich feed as close to the end of exercise as possible.
Mix thoroughly with feed and split between meals.

Delivery Information
We attempt to deliver products as soon as possible after checkout. In some cases delivery may take longer due to demands, stock levels or delivery issues which our out of our control. In these cases delivery may take up to 21 days. On delivery a signature may be needed at the time of delivery. Buyers are advised to check the condition of the packaging to ensure no damage has been made by the delivery partner. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for goods if it has been listed as an incorrect price due to a typographical error or tax. We reserve the right to charge an extra postage cost if the customer has entered the wrong shipping address.
From the end of July 2023, Royal mail will be making changes to their terms and conditions to reflect that intended recipients will have the ability to use the Royal Mail App to set a delivery preference, specifying where they should leave the parcels when no one is available to accept delivery.
Royal mail will be entitled to leave parcels in accordance with such requests (they may, however, also choose not to leave a parcel in a designated location if they consider the location unsuitable). Where the intended recipients opt to provide royal mail with a suitable designated location, the parcel will be deemed delivered once it has been left in the designated location.
Cancelling Orders
You may cancel your order for the Goods by notifying us of your decision to cancel at any time prior to us sending you a Confirmation Notice. You may notify us of your decision to cancel by sending us by email to sales@dufinkle.co.uk with a statement that you wish to cancel quoting your name, address, the name or a description of the Goods and your order reference number.
After we send you a Confirmation Notice and the expiry of 14 calendar days after the day you receive the Goods, you may cancel the Contract at any time during the Cancellation Period by notifying us of your decision to cancel. You may notify us of your decision to cancel by contacting us by sending us by email to sales@dufinkle.co.uk with a statement that you wish to cancel with your name, address, the name or a description of the Goods and your order reference number. If you have already received the goods, these must be returned before any refund can be processed. See returns policy.
Upon receiving notice of your cancellation, we will contact you and provide details of where you must return the Goods and other relevant instructions. You must then return the Goods to us without delay and at the latest within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. You must return the Goods at your own risk and at your own cost unless we offer to pay the cost of return. If the value of the Goods is reduced as a result of your handling of them beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics or functioning of the Goods, we will be entitled to claim this reduction in value from you and to deduct it from any money which you have paid us. If the Goods are part of a promotional offer, you will be expected to return the relevant Goods back to us for a full refund less any discount that was given. If you wish to return an item from a buy one get one free offer, you must return both items to receive a refund. If one item is returned, you will not receive any funds in return as the offer will no longer be valid. Goods returned in their original condition will be refunded within 7 Working days once received back. This is assuming items returned have been deemed to be re-sold as new by Dufinkle Ltd any items returned in a lesser condition than this may not be entitled to a full refund. So long as you are entitled to cancel and have complied with your obligations we will refund you the balance of the price after deducting any reduction in the value of the Goods. We will refund you using the same method of payment used by you.
You will not have a right to cancel in the following situations: The Contract is for goods which are bespoke or have been personalised or which may deteriorate (such as food). The Contract is for goods and/or services the price of which is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by us. The Contract is for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and they have become unsealed after delivery. The Contract is for the supply of goods which have become mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.
Returning Goods
We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns, and therefore recommend that you use a recorded delivery service or an insured carrier when returning items to us. Goods must be returned in the original boxes/packaging.
